Tony,
Well depending on whats in/on the timetable, it could contain personal
data such as the name(s) of the Lecturer's/supervisor(s) / module
leader(s) involved.
If it IS information that IS actually, in the case of THIS timetable,
routinely made public then I see no problem.
The individual(s) involved ought to have had the opportunity, in the
normal course of events, to have had their name(s) removed, in case such
publication would lay them open to stalking or knowing where they would
be at the end of teaching a late evening class for example...
Releasing such information to external examiners I see as no problem, -
externals would probably see lots of personal data from the Uni (Marks etc)
and no doubt there would be appropriate confidentiality clauses in the
contact, one would hope.
