I am not too familiar with building control details, so I may be wide of the mark, but my immediate thought is that
if the information is about disabled adaptations of a building, then this is not personal data in any way. Also
having a building adapted in this way does not confirm that the person living there is indeed disabled, it merely
confirms that the owner has had the adaptations made. I am thinking of a house near my parents which has been
adapted for wheelchair users, but the current owners are not disabled (to my knowledge).
