Brenda,
You may find (and this happens a lot), that the hairdresser is planning to leave and is producing a list of
contacts so that you can be contacted at her new place of work. Not strictly allowed, but I suppose you have to
determine where your implied consent lies in respect of do you believe you are dealing with her, or the
hairdresser. My mother for example goes to a particular hairdressing "shop", however she will only let one woman do
her hair. If this woman left and set up elsewhere my mother would go change "shops", she therefore feels that
her "contract" is with the individual not the business. You may feel differently.
Does that all makes sense?!
Also on the returning of goods to Argos. I did this recently and they did not ask for my address.
