Hi
We have been running customer care (also called customer service)
workshops here at Brunel for a couple of years, very successfully,
well-attended, with excellent feedback and introduced by our P.V.C.
Student Experience but attendance is exclusively support staff as the
academic relationship with students is not conventionally based on the
'customer' model.
