Hello....
Can anyone given me any suggestions as to the best way of cleaning up a three year old mailing list without infringing DP?
The list is jointly by our library service and by the organisers for a literary festival. The list is used to provide info relating to literary events in the area.
My initial thought was to send an email to everyone on the list, asking them to confirm whether they would like to remain on it.
