By writing a letter to your Member of Parliament. Your MP works for you.
YOu can do this electronically. Just type your postcode
into http://www.theyworkforyou.com/mp/
Ask him or her to write to the Minister asking for his support in
providing the ICO's office with the necessary powers to combat spam,
data theft etc.
If he or she is sympathetic, get them to put down a Parliamentary
Written Question.
