If this is clear to the data subject when the information is gathered I
can see no issue. A statement on the form should suffice.

Subject: [data-protection] Passing on lists of names and addresses
Hi
A non work-related query but one on which I'd appreciate advice.
A music festival with which I have connections uses a private members
club concert room as one of its venues. To comply with membership and
licensing rules the club requests that the festival provides a list of
ticket-holders (names and addresses), so that they can be accorded
'temporary' or 'guest' membership of the club for the duration of the
festival.
The festival holds the names and addresses (and a few other details) of
those buying tickets for administration and information dissemination
and has made the appropriate DP registrations for those purposes.
The ticket holders obviously have little interest in this 'background'
requirement for membership - they just want to go to concerts at a
'festival' venue (they probably don't even know that it's a private
members club facility).
Is the festival right or wrong to pass on the list?
Many thanks
Martin
