In theory blackboard is fairly accessible (official site is here:
http://www.blackboard.com/company/accessfaqs.htm ).
However, I've found that does not necessarily apply to the user generated
content (i.e. what the lecturers decide to put on there) - so could that be
the issue, or is it the navigation itself?
I use Supernova with blackboard, which seems to work ok.
