Thanks for the info.
However, sending me a letter which "gives permission" if I *fail* to
return it seems to me to fly in the face of DPA ideology. Or is there
another section of the LSA which specifically allows this dubious
practice? And if so, which section of the DPA is triggered, to allow
the
exception?
