Bernard is absolutely right about the sequence of installation and
hopefully this would have been done prior to delivery.
Generally one has to remember that the voice software will not function
100% with any magnifying software unless you buy specialist software
such as J-Say which works with Jaws. I think a similar software was
being developed for Dolphin products but I am not sure of the state of
play with that.

Subject: Re: Dragon, TextHelp, Lunar conflicts?
I don't think it's so much that they are VI programs, I think it's
because
so many share a common speech engine, i.e., RealSpeak. The important
thing
seems to be the order in which the programs are installed: I've done it
in
the past, using trial and error, and it's a long, tedious
restart-your-computer business. However, any supplier should have
plenty of
experience of this kind of set up and will be able to tell you which way
round to load things. I'm not clear in the original post if the
question is
whether Dragon and Lunar can operate on the same machine or if it is
whether
Dragon can be used to control Lunar.
