Subject
[data-protection] Photographs of children
Is anybody aware of how the Children and Young Persons Act 1933 as amended
by the Youth Justice and Criminal Evidence Act 1999 affects the
implementation of the DPA principles regarding the taking and publishing
of
photographs of children?
Sadly the Children and Young Persons Act 1933 is not available on the HMSO
website.
