Good Morning,
Each week a "Death List" is produced by the Registrar of Births, Marriages
and Deaths and sent to Council Tax so they can amend their records. It is
supplied under Statute and this is fine, However......Merseyside Pensions
Fund ( run by Wirral Council ) would like copies of this list so they too
can doublecheck their records.
Registrar has said they only have statute to supply to Ctax but Pensions
can ask Ctax to disclose if they wish. Yes, I know these people are Dead
but........does anyone see a potential problem if I give the go ahead to
Ctax to disclose the list to Pensions? I'm sure this is an easy one, I'm
thinking common sense but that hasn't always served me well in the past!!
Kind Regards
Jane Corrin
