Blimey, what is she teaching? Metalwork? More seriously, a good quality
suitacase with wheeels might be suitable. One thing to consider is that pulling a
trolley behind her (Especially a heavy load) could cause back problems. Whereas
pushing something with small wheels often results in the wheel sticking on
small obstacles.
I suspect that she might need to get something made up like an adapted golf
bag trolley.
A Supermarket style trolley would be difficult to steer so I would suggest a
three wheeled trolley with one handle - take a standard golf cart and add a
third wheel behind them to take the weight. Put the third wheel on a swivel so
that the trolley is steerable.
There are organisations consisting mainly of retired engineers who like to do
this sort of thing. Alternatively you could try the Disabled Living
Foundation.
