Hi Linda
Via Voice Millenium comes in German and French versions - not
sure about Spanish.
Yes you do need a seperate version for each.
I'm not sure about the quality - or availability. When we tried to get
the German version for a German speaking overseas student - it
took so long for our supplier to obtain it that we cancelled the order
as it was too late to be of any significant use.
Sorry not to be able to give further information.
