I had a thought (now, that is a rare event!).
An examination script is not personal data. Whatever is on it has
been voluntarily supplied by the examinee(?). I don't see how or why
it has to be supplied under data protection legislation.
Examiners comments don't have to form part of a script. They can all
be made at the end of the script as a block of text and that is about
it. We can pass those on and if they are meaningless so be it.
