Can I suggest that you make it a condition of a contract of employment that
keyholders consent to their contact details being shared among responsible
individuals?

Subject: Keyholders
I wonder if anyone has thoughts about a recent issue I faced,
An employee was a keyholder, and had supplied details of a contact number
for out of hours call out. That information has been held manually by
centre manger of the premises for which the person was a keyholder.
Following a change in procedure the list of keyholders for all centres of a
particular type has been distributed to all keyholders, fopr that type.
This is to ensure the safety of keyholders by the virtue that two should now
attend call outs.
The Keyholder in question complained.
As thoughts?
