Not so - hopefully it also gets them to do the reading, and at least to make
some notes, and to structure this activity over time. As in the cases it has
been used here virtually all of the students have chosen to take part and give
in cards it is not possible to compare their results with others who don't,
there being insufficient of the latter. But there is an opinion of the tutors
that students who suffer from exam nerves are less anxious becuase they know
they have the 'suppost' of the cards.
