Download or send for the CD Demo of Elan speech
from <http://www.elan.fr/speech/> This has UK English,
US English, French, German and Spanish (and i think
they've introduced more).
Also, I seem to think that the Dolphin Software speech
synth Orpheus is multilingual - you could phone Dolphin
Computer Access on 01905 754577.
It looks like both TextHelp and Elan use the Speech API
for Windows (which is free to download from the
Microsoft site.) I can't see why TextHelp doesn't have a
multilingual feature - it doesn't look like a technical
impossibility.
