I'm a bit confused I thought registration of partial sight or blindness was
through Social Services not the RNIB (at least it always was when I worked
for Social Services) If this has changed I'd appreciate knowing, also,
whilst I am on the subject , I am a card carrying disabled person which
makes things easy for me when claiming any sort of concession as I can show
my green card, since these were phased out sometime ago what kind of proof
do people have, especially if they are not in receipt of any benefit and so
don't have a book they can show ? Anyone any idea ?
Thanks
Chris
