Hi, as an anthropologist, I need to point out that any racial label is
scientifically incorect. Genetically, there is varience, but it cannot
be shown to follow "racial" patterns. Secondly, my research so far
indicates a real difficulty differentiating between "learning disabled"
and "normal." (Dyslexia perhaps being the exception to the rule.)
Physical disabilities on the other hand are quite real. Therefore, I
whole heartedly endorse the concept of labling the disability not the
person. Racial labeling on the other hand is neither scientificly or
pedigogically usefull!
