Macs come supplied with the CloseView screen magnifier as standard (i.e.
free!). This is a slightly cut-down version of InLarge which has more
features and can be bought separately.
As far as I know, (but I have not checked recently) the only screen reader
for the Mac is OutSpoken.
All available from any Mac dealer. I cannot recommend any, because our
local dealer is a waste of space.
