Just a thought.
How much of a problem can be linkedt to the fact that many EU countries are
still applying old laws which do not have the same generous derogations
which are found in Article 26?
My own view is that the transfer issue is over-hyped (and over in the USA);
I think that the main problem with transfers is the First, Second and
Seventh Principles and not the Eighth - I have written a 2,000 word article
on this is anyone wants to follow this argument.
