We've seen Dragon Dictate used. We also use keyboard shortcuts (details
in the Help menu of Windows) but they are fiddly to remember. It really
depends so much on the individual's symptoms - everyone with MS is
different.
We often refer to the Computability Centre in Warwick who can advise on
other computer equipment and software - they're on 0800 269 545.
