De Montfort University has used, and is using, John Penton tel 01727
840911, fax 01727 844148. He works from the basis of the Centre for
Accessible Environments pack, and I (personally) am not convinced that he
does much better than a committed amateur using the pack would do in the
same time. Additionally, he does not seem to go beyond the pack where it
is deficient - but then maybe he doesn't know the deficiencies that I
do...
The big advantage of using him may be that all of his qualifications mean
that his reports are more likely to be taken seriously by the University
heirachy.
