These problem comes from infancy. The awareness should start from
childhood.
Poster may help but how many people really read them and take notice.
Some suggestions.
One idea might be for the teacher to be "more" aware when there is a
student or students with a physical impediment.
The teacher could help by integrating these students by either study
group or giving some alignments where them can active part. I know "easy
to say". However an attempt should be made.
Also encouraging group integration at tea or other breaks.
One thing else. I also find that people do not speak to me. (Although I
would say I have a rather able body). I think is that either the others
are shy or just do not like talking unless they have met before.
