We have developed a pay scale, linked to NATED rates for CSW's and APT&C
for notetakers, all our notetakers are CACDP trained and so we charge at
the rate which is recomended in Skills little red book, I recommend you
get a copy for guidance as this was also sent out to LEA's, so briefly
our 'going rate' is dependant on the notetakers experience &
qualifications and increases with every year!
Hope that is helpful

PS If you read bnetween the lines you will discover that the rate we pay
the notetakers is different to the rate we charge the LEA's, this is to
ensure that our specialist overheads are covered, which includes
training monitoring and coordination of them, DfEE said it's OK.
