I am going to change the list options so that only list members can send mail
to the list.
Mailbase have also recently implemented new procedures where a join request
will generate a confirmation request which then has to be returned before you
are added to the list. This means that senders of spam will no longer be able
to issue blanket join commands without giving a valid return address.
