We did a mini-survey among our students & as Bonita, they said they like
Ariel, 14. They like the g on Ariel and actually say that the a doesn't get
confused with o.
I always use coloured paper when writing to them, usually blue, but also
green and pink, and if I am working individually with them I ask them what
colour they prefer.
