You could try Concept Systems (0115-925-5988) who do custom CCTV systems
for special purposes.
However, I would have though that such systems would be available from
mainstream education/laboratory suppliers for demonstrating to class
groups. I've certainly seen one in at a special school used for exactly
that purpose.
