I will wade in again on this one.
Taxi company's do they not have to be licenced, or at least drivers perhaps do?
If this is the case is it not something that could also be highlighted to
any licencing agency - again your access committee could advise as I have
already advised.
Under the DDA 95 my understanding is that employers in any case are
responsible for the attitudes of their staff (which includes contractors) to
disabled people.
