Derby, Luton, Bedford and Milton Keynes students don't seem to have
this problem so I also guess it is an excuse.

Derby, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Leicester, Herts and Luton students I
have recommended taxis for recently have not encoutered this problem.
I guess that it is an excuse. The 'London' cabs available to my
students have been fully co-operative.
