Has anyone here ever used a 20" monitor for a V.I. student?
We have purchased a 20" for a student to use in his own
department. Prior to this, he was using our 21" in the
Miriam Hebron Centre, but quite rightly pointed out that
this gave him less contact with his peers and lecturers
which concerned us.
His dept have got a new 20" for him, which he says he can't
use as it is 1" smaller. The student has damage to his
lenses after cateract removal and experiences a slight,
but constant 'shaking' in his vision.
Has anybody found that 1" does make a big difference to
such a student? I don't want to doubt him, but I would
like to hear any opinions so I can share them with his
lecturer.
Many thanks,
Sarah
