I have researched in this area and it seems that there is a wider
issue here, not only of web page design for visually impaired users
but also of print impairment which includes people with limited or no
use of their hands or fingers and people with cognitive disabilities
(eg dyslexia). Accessible design also includes such things as use of
colour, white space, backgrounds, optimum line length etc., i.e.
readability.
