There is a program from SEMERC for Mac and Windows for a standard keyboard
layout. There are also one-handed keyboards from Maltron (now supplied by
ECS 01785 228891) and a special program which you can download from a site
in the US which converts either side of a standard keyboard to a single hand
touch typing set-up by using the space bar as a special shift key. The site
escapes we at the moment but its easy to find if you search on
single-handed-keyboard.
