Hi Barbara
You will probably find that a structural opening of 1000mm aloues for
a 926 frame giving very good access for wheel-chairs. This size is now
the standard minimum here in Mdx!
Let me refer you to my message about the built environment earlier to
day. The two sources that I mentioned will give you all of this kind
of information.
For double doors, of the type that you would have in Libraries, try
to aim for a minimum of a 900 leaf, if not possible go for a leaf and
a half.
Alan.
