As a member of the National Federation of Access Centres (NFAC- see
http://www.wmin.ac.uk/ccpd/accmap.html for location map) we
see quite a few people with this type of problem. It obviously
depends on the severity of the condition. Solutions that spring to
mind embrace such technologies as voice input and ergonomic keyboards
& pointing devices. These can be further supplemented by fully
configurable chairs & workstation furniture; posturewrite writing
boards; foot & arm rests; Tape recorders; note takers; reading
lecterns; personal assistance with photocopying and in library,
science labs etc; etc.
