I'm about to embark on a new project which will include organising
training for staff on student related disability issues and also the
production of a staff handbook on the same subject. I wondered
whether anyone out there who may already have done some work in this
area might be able to advise on the kind of training (subject matter,
half day, whole day, departmental,cross departmental) that was
well/not well received and also any hints about the best kind of
staff handbook to produce. I don't want to produce something that
will sit on a shelf and collect dust.
