My daughter (no DSA) is on placement at the moment. As she is in
Employment she gets no grant (although the Uni get fees for the year, they
are monitoring her) so wouldn't get a DSA for this time either.
BUT: She went abroad in Feb so had a grant for the Autumn term, less the
*annual* parental contribution. (The cheque for under UKP100 has yet to
arrive - I must ask again about this.)
