Has anyone any ideas about software for dyslexic students who use

There are some rather nifty programs for the PC eg: Lorien
TextHelp, Text
Assist, Speed Reader etc.
However, is there anything comparable available on the Mac?
Any suggestions will be gratefully received.
Write:Outloud is a simple talking word processor for the MAC, which gives
the basic speech feedback function which is useful. It costs about ukp 89.
It also has a spellchecker.
Its sister program Co:Writer is a word prediction program. Prediction can
help dyslexic people who typically may be able to start a word off OK, and
may be able to finish it -- but get lost in the middle somewhere. The word
prediction facility may make it much easier to locate the word that they
want. Cost about ukp 250. We supply both these, although I have to confess
to not being a MAC specialist.
I understand that MacIntalk, a speech synthesis program which should be
able to make many programs talk, comes with the MAC. Perhaps others on the
list know more about the ins and outs of using this.
