We have designed and sell Talk Back. It's not the best product for the
blind. BUT, it's cheap at £79+VAT, it takes 15 secs to install, 15 secs to
learn, the voicing is really easy to adjust, and it spells, says words, or
reads continuously. Just needs a soundblaster. It's got the latest speech
synthesis, so sounds quite pleasant.
