There are a number of page turners on the market including the QED
model.
The point that needs to be made is that no matter which one you get
there will always need to be some form of intervention to "tell" the
page turner that the page has been read and it's time to turn over!!!
NOW, any switch, be it foot operated or whatever, can be modified to
suit the user. The main difficulty with page turners is that, in the
main, they only go forward, so you can't re-read bit of interest
with out the element of human intervention.
