Jane,
Similar to other replies on this subject, I have had no trouble from
LEA's agreeing to student with tendonitis and other similiar
conditions receiving equipment such as PC, voice activated software,
Togl Organiser, word prediction, etc.
Perhaps you need to check with LEA, what is their justification in
turning down this request especially as it is within the equipment
limit. ??
