I use the 'Altogether Better' resource pack (video and booklet) produced
by Micheline Mason and Richard Rieser with Comic Relief funds. There is
a 10 minute version and then a longer
version which covers all the issues in more depth with marked 'trigger
points' for discussion. I find you can build quite a decent presentation
out of it and it only costs 7.50 (stg). Details and an order form can be
