Some students take their overlay to an opticians to see if they can get it
matched with a colour wash on specs.
However proper testing is advisable but expensive and sometimes claimable
on the DSA.
For Birmingham: there is a centre in Harbourne, but they are not doing it
at present(specialist on sabbatical). However, ASTON UNIV do colour
testing: 0121 359 3611, ask for Optometry Clinic.
