Rory
you can download a free Kurzweil VoicePad Pro 30 day 'taster'from:
http://www.kurzweil.com/pcapps/voicepad/download.html
Dragon Dictate, Kurweil Voice and IBM VoiceType are the three leading
voice recognition programs.
The last feed back I received was that IBM VoiceType seems to be the
the slightly better program, but needs a pentium and win 95. You do not have
to spend hours teaching it your voice pattern, it learns as you use it.
They all run at about the same price, IBM slightly cheaper.

Favours Kurzweil Voice.
Which has now produce the cut down version at a price of 79 UK pounds.
I did hear that the other two would be doing the same.

If you always do what you've always done
you'll always get what you've always got.
