A question for the techies
A problem has suddenly occured with the Mousekeys module of the
Accessability options within Windows 95. The numeric keypad no
longer has any control over the cursor but control has been
transfered to certain letter keys, listed below. The wierd thing,
is that on pressing any of these keys the cursor starts to move in
the required direction but keeps moving even when the key is
released.
The numeric keys have become
7 - G 8 - H 9 - I
4 - K 6 - M
1 - O 2 - P 3 - Q
Left Button - Enter
Right Button - 7 (lower case &)
This problem only occured after setting up the network configuration
for an Internet connection and loading some additional software. I
have uninstalled the software, uninstalled the Accessability option
in W95 and then reinstalled it but the problem persists.
Does anyone have a solution or should I contact the producers of the
X-files.
Regards
Philip Henderson
