Hello all
I wonder if anyone has every had the problem where a company offers on site
warranty on a product (eg laptop PC) and charges for this but then fails to
deliver or sends you around in circles for ever trying to sort this out. We
are having this problem with an (old) supplier where we have the invoices to
prove we have purchased the extended warranty but cannot get a sensible
answer out of the company, keep getting promises they'll get back to us,
referred from one department to another etc etc. How did you quickly sort
the matter out if you did have this problem?
