Good afternoon,
We are looking to produce a Privacy Policy for a worldwide scientific project, which is capturing wildlife data in an App - this also asks for a name, email address & will also geotag the location (made clear in the PP)
My question is this, given the derogations around the age of consent, is there a legal statement we can use such as 'please check your countries age of consent before using this App' (seems unlikely!) Or do we have to go down the blunderbuss approach and simply say 16 years or over?
Thanks
Q Tucker
