Hi,
Thomas has said he is generating some graphs on a daily basis. I
wondered what software you used and whether you were willing and/or able
to share your code? I have the same question for other people who might
be working on or knowledgeable about this topic.
This prompted me do a (very quick) search this morning to see what other
code is available. I found this link on github:
* https://github.com/topics/covid-19
which says there are 92 publicly available repositories matching
covid-19. I suspect there are many others in other locations, plus of
course ones that haven't been made public.
I also wondered if people had a list of data sources anywhere - there
have been a number of links sent through to the list in different
emails, but it's slightly hard to pull out from all the discussion that
has been had, plus of course there are bound to be many others (and also
duplicates contained therein).
Best wishes,
-- Andrei
