A Friday Question
We deal with predominantly requests for social service files, when we discover that a service users file has been lost or destroyed and we have an electronic entry linking that requester to other service users, when we reply to the requester that their records have been lost or destroyed should we be checking what information we hold about the requester in files of their known associates?
Kind Regards
